A Day in the life of a librarian

Today I arrived at work 5 minutes late. I madly searched for my keys while three customers patiently waited at the door, giving a running commentary on where my keys could possibly be.I headed to the front office to try and find a spare set ( I actually wanted to tip the contents of my backpack out in private, so that no one would see) the keys turned up and we are in. Since then I have found a web site, listened to an argument between two students, printed an assignment in colour discussed with a student where he could find information on his www11 veteran relation,found a book on bushrangers, searched for a missing book, discussed assignments with two teacher, put away some books, discussed the the health and local news with another couple of clients, parcelled up wsome mail and checked my emails and set up a Blog and hey its only 9:50am
